The OWON HDS25 combines a 25 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope (up to 250 MSa/s, 8K memory, 10,000 wfrms/s) with a full 20,000-count digital multimeter in one rugged, battery-powered handheld — the tool you reach for when the work is in the field, the vehicle bay or the classroom rather than on the bench.
Two versions are available from the dropdown above. The HDS25 is the 2-in-1 scope + meter; the HDS25S adds a built-in 10 MHz arbitrary/function generator so you can inject a signal as well as measure one. Both share the same 3.5″ colour display, 18650 rechargeable battery, USB-C and 600 V CAT III safety rating.
Three instruments in one hand
A 25 MHz 2-channel oscilloscope and a 20,000-count True-RMS multimeter, plus a 10 MHz waveform generator on the HDS25S, share the same display and battery — no need to carry, power and set up separate tools on the job.

25 MHz oscilloscope
A 2-channel digital scope at 25 MHz and up to 250 MSa/s, with 8K memory, 10,000 wfrms/s, auto measurements, cursors and one-key Autoset.
True-RMS multimeter
An independent 20,000-count digital multimeter: DC/AC voltage to 1000 V/750 V, current to 10 A, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity.
10 MHz generator (HDS25S)
On the HDS25S: a 10 MHz arbitrary/function generator — sine, square, ramp, pulse and 8 special waveforms at 125 MSa/s, 14-bit.
All-day battery · USB-C
A rechargeable 18650 battery runs 3–6 hours; charge and talk to a PC over a single USB-C connection with SCPI control.
