A True-RMS handheld multimeter built for high voltage
The OWON OW9800 series measures far beyond an ordinary handheld meter — up to 2000 V on the OW9820 and up to 2500 V DC on the OW9825, which ships with a dedicated high-voltage test module. Both are full-featured 6000-count True-RMS meters with non-contact voltage (NCV), temperature and the complete set of everyday functions, so one instrument covers routine work and the high-voltage measurements a standard 1000 V meter can’t.
Choose the OW9820 for work up to 2000 V, or the OW9825 when you need to reach 2500 V DC for solar-string, battery-pack, EV and industrial testing.

Measure where standard meters stop
Most handheld multimeters top out around 1000 V. The OW9800 series is purpose-built to measure high voltage safely — with True-RMS accuracy and, on the OW9825, a plug-on high-voltage test module.
