A handheld oscilloscope and a True-RMS multimeter in one instrument
The OWON HDS100 series packs a full-featured digital multimeter and a 1 MHz digital oscilloscope into one pocket-sized, battery-powered handheld. Read voltage, current, resistance, capacitance and frequency with True-RMS accuracy, then switch to the scope to see the waveform behind the number — ideal for field service, automotive and electronics troubleshooting where you can only carry one tool.
Two models are available. The HDS120 gives a 20,000-count display, and the HDS160 steps up to a 60,000-count display with roughly twice the DC-voltage accuracy. Both share the same 2.8″ colour LCD, rechargeable 18650 battery, USB connection and CAT III 1000 V safety rating.
Two instruments in one hand
A True-RMS digital multimeter and a 1 MHz single-channel oscilloscope share the same display and probes — no need to carry, power and set up two separate tools on the job.
What the HDS100 series does
1 MHz oscilloscope
Single-channel digital scope, 5 MSa/s sampling, 2.5 µs–10 s/div time base, auto / normal / single trigger and one-touch Autoset — see the waveform, not just a number.
True-RMS multimeter
Accurate AC measurement on distorted signals. 20,000-count (HDS120) or 60,000-count (HDS160) display of V, A, Ω, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, diode and continuity.
Auto measurements
The scope reads Vmax, Vmin, Vpp, Vavg, Vrms and frequency automatically, with relative-measurement and backlit display for fast on-site work.
Portable & safe
Rechargeable 18650 battery, USB connection, sleep mode and low-battery indication in a 0.35 kg handheld rated CAT III 1000 V with input protection.
