Measure and source process signals in one handheld
The OWON HPC77+ is a 5000-count handheld process multimeter and loop calibrator. It measures DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current and resistance, and sources DC voltage and DC current with 24 V loop power — so one tool can both read a process signal and simulate one for calibrating transmitters, valves and controllers on 4–20 mA loops.
Diode, continuity and VFC (variable-frequency) voltage measurement round out a rugged field instrument with backlight, flashlight and auto power-off, running on 3 standard AA batteries. The HPC77+ is the entry model — step up to the HPC78+ for AC, frequency and IP65, or the HPC79+ to add thermocouple and RTD temperature calibration.
A meter and a signal source in one
The HPC77+ both measures process signals and outputs (sources) them, with 24 V loop power — so a single handheld can read a transmitter and simulate one for calibration and commissioning.
