100 MHz for serious field work
The OWON HDS310S is the all-rounder of the HDS300 series: a 100 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope, a 20,000-count True-RMS multimeter and a built-in 30 MHz arbitrary waveform generator in one rugged, palm-sized device, switched with a single key.
With 500 MSa/s real-time sampling, a 2 ns/div timebase, an 8K record length and larger 2 × 2600 mAh batteries, the HDS310S comfortably covers microcontroller and embedded work, automotive diagnostics and most field-service jobs — the sweet spot between price and bandwidth.

A 100 MHz 2-channel oscilloscope, a True-RMS digital multimeter and an arbitrary waveform generator in one housing — switch between them with a single key press.
30 MHz arbitrary generator
A built-in signal source up to 30 MHz — sine, square, ramp, pulse and 16 built-in special waveforms at 125 MSa/s and 14-bit resolution, on its own BNC output.
20,000-count True-RMS meter
A laboratory-grade auto-ranging multimeter: DC/AC voltage to 1000 V / 750 V, current to 10 A, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity — with independent meter inputs.
Dual-battery, USB-C power
Two 18650 lithium cells (2 × 2600 mAh) deliver extended runtime in the field; one USB-C port handles both charging and the Windows PC software connection.
