The OWH9813 Digital Power Meter is a professional three-phase 3–600 V RMS / 0–20 A RMS power measurement instrument designed for accurate analysis of voltage, current, power, efficiency, and harmonics in industrial, laboratory, and R&D environments. With advanced digital signal processing, harmonic analysis up to the 63rd order, and full SCPI remote control support, the OWH9813 is ideal for both standalone measurements and automated test systems .
Dual-channel power measurement for three-phase equipment
The OWON OWH9813 is a dual-channel benchtop digital power meter for three-phase AC measurements. CH1, on the rear panel, accepts three-phase AC voltages from 3 to 600 V RMS and currents up to 20 A RMS, with a combined power range of up to 36 kW — suited to three-phase motors, variable-frequency drives and industrial power distribution. CH2, on the front panel, adds a second AC/DC measurement channel for 0–1000 V peak and 0–20 A, so secondary-side or reference signals can be monitored at the same time.
Measuring both channels simultaneously allows the OWH9813 to calculate conversion efficiency directly, without an additional instrument. Sixteen measurement parameters are shown at once — voltage, current, active power (W), apparent power (VA), reactive power (var), power factor, frequency, crest factors, peak values and total harmonic distortion. Harmonic analysis extends to the 63rd order with a 2.8 kHz bandwidth. Energy integration (Wh, Ah) supports efficiency and consumption testing over time. RS232 with SCPI and Modbus protocols enables remote monitoring and PC data logging in automated test environments.

Standard RS232 interface with SCPI and Modbus protocol support for remote control and PC data logging at baud rates up to 115,200 bps.
